All You Need:

skewers

cherry tomatoes

mini mozzarella

spritz of extra virgin olive oil

sprinkle of basil

On the lookout for a super easy appetizer for your next Dinner Party?

 (doesn't hurt if it's healthy too, right?!)

may I present:

cucumber with hummus

hollow out pieces of cucumber

one dollop hummus

add sprig of basil for garnish :)

Whahlah!

Note: you could also put a drop of ranch dressing in the hallowed cucumber to switch it up a bit, maybe even with a piece of shaved carrot for the garnish ;) ...

Day-time Dinner Party
