Artist Stuart Haygarth installed picture-frame offcuts in stripes on either side of a marble staircase at the Victoria & Albert Museum this past September.

It may be old news to some, but I love the playfulness of the color!

Wouldn't this be epic in an office building or even in a home? Imagine looking at this on your way to get on the subway!!... You just cant help but be cheery...
